Downloaded and printed records

Information you add to a downloaded PDF is not sent to BPLog.ca. You complete and save it using your chosen PDF reader. Your device, PDF app, cloud-backup service or printer may retain copies according to their own settings and privacy practices.

Keep completed files and printouts private, particularly on shared devices or printers. Nothing is automatically sent to a healthcare provider by this website. You decide how to share your record.

Website visits

BPLog.ca does not use advertising, analytics, tracking scripts or cookies. Fonts and page assets do not require third-party services.

The hosting service, Netlify, receives ordinary requests to deliver pages and PDFs. These may include your IP address, browser information, requested file and time of access, and may be retained in operational or security logs under the host’s policies. Downloading a blank PDF does not send the information you later enter into it.

Email sent to info@healthcareapp.ca includes your email address and anything you choose to write. The email service processes it so we can respond to feedback. Please do not send personal health information or requests for medical care.
